  • How often does Knick Knac Novelty introduce new products?
    New products are featured monthly and flash sales are often introduced throughout the month. Knick Knac Novelty LLC. is always looking at new products in order to keep up with current trends and be competitive in the marketplace. With respect to inventory, our goal is to communicate to the independent sales force any changes to regular-line products at least three to six months in advance. This allows for adjustment of their inventory levels and helps them make informed decisions in the meantime in regard to their product orders and needs. In addition, whenever significant changes are made, we share tips to help them manage their inventory in the months leading up to the changes.
  • When does my order ship?
    In-stock merchandise shipped using our Standard Delivery option typically ships within 1-5 business days while still being delivered within the quoted time frame from the day you place your order.
  • My order is late. What do I do?
    If your order does not arrive on time, we ask that you allow 4 extra business days (2 business days for Express Delivery) as some packages may become delayed while in transit. If your order still has not arrived, please contact us using the options below, so we can make it right. • We also recommend checking for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be trying to reach you to deliver your package. • You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
